Who qualifies and key rules
- ENERGY STAR certified
- min 3 window rough openings OR 1 door/skylight/sliding door
- full unit incl. frame (glass/sash-only not eligible)
- Owner only (landlord applies for rentals)
- detached/semi/row/non-stacked town/mobile on permanent foundation
- Enbridge gas heat OR electric/oil/propane/wood on IESO grid (not Cornwall Electric)
- pre-retrofit EnerGuide assessment BEFORE any work
- at least 2 qualified upgrades
- all windows/doors together = 1 upgrade
- total cap $5,000 (Enbridge gas-heated) / $10,000 (other fuels)
